Weekend Full

So this weekend was a very busy one.  Friday after I took Anna to the doctor, Jacob and I cowboyd it up and headed to Greensboro for the Jason Aldean/Eric Church concert.  We had an awesome time and I loved spending that time and experience with my little man.  After getting home close to midnight, we both got in the bed quickly because we had an early morning on Saturday.  Jacob had a basketball game the next morning and they WON!  It's the tournament, so they play the semi-final game tomorrow night.  After his game, he went home and showered and almost immediately left for Greensboro, AGAIN!  Saturday night was the Winter Jam concert.  Jacob went with Kaitlyn and a group from Hope.  They had a blast together and got home about 11:45.  Sunday we did some resting and getting ready a Super Bowl party at some friends.  I made my yummy oatmeal raisin cookies and sauage cream cheese dip!  The party foot was great, but my head couldn't take the partying too long. We left at half time and headed home.  I believe my head hit the pillow at 9:15 and never moved until this morning when the Rooster crowed (my ring tone on my phone alarm :) .  I hope this week is a calm one, but with kids, nothing is ever calm!

So a quick update on the illness that has taken over Anna.   The doctor Friday said he still thought it was a virus, could possibly be the flu, but didn't want to put her on anything.  I think I am going shopping for a new pediatrician.
